Owner Surrender Form
Please understand that all rescues are seeing an increase in surrenders. While we would like to take in all the animals, we cannot safely do so. Please provide a detailed bio of your pet where requested, and also send a photo to surrender@rileysrescueofbrevard.org. If you don’t hear from us, we may not have room for your pet at this time, but we will provide a courtesy post on our Facebook page at our earliest convenience.
